Luis Tañón Reyes learned this integration through lived experience. Early in his career at GSK, he went from nearly entering a PIP to becoming a trusted cross-functional leader by building “structured-enough” systems that matched his brain and adopting inclusive leadership habits that strengthened trust. His ADHD diagnosis became the catalyst for designing a personal leadership system — one that quieted mental noise, improved follow-through, and helped him lead with calm, clarity, and empathy. As he grew from Scientist to Data Manager to Production Supervisor, he discovered what PXIL now teaches: productivity creates capacity, but inclusion creates leverage — and sustainable leadership requires both.
