The story behind the brief
This service started because a client asked me for interview prep.
At first the work was exactly what you’d expect. Questions, answers, examples, structure, confidence.
But as we worked through it, I noticed a gap. Most interview prep tells you to research the company. Some of it tells you to look up the interviewer. Almost none of it helps you prepare for the conversation with that specific person.
Who are they in the organization? What might they care about? Are they sizing you up as a future peer, a direct report, a cross-functional partner, a leader? What concerns might they walk into the room with?
That matters. So I started building interviewer intelligence for her. Not private investigation, not surveillance. Just publicly available professional context, organized into something she could actually use.
The goal was simple. Help her walk in with less guesswork.

Why it’s worth it
